Terms & Conditions
1. Quotations & Acceptance
- All quotations provided by Reboot Marketing are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- Acceptance of a quotation confirms agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
- Work will only commence once the required deposit/payment has been received.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required before work begins.
- Payments must be made within the agreed payment period stated on the invoice.
- Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.
3. Revisions & Changes
- Artwork designed include 2-3 revisions as agreed upon before the project begins.
- Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
- Once final approval has been given and files delivered, the project will be considered completed.
4. Post-Completion Edits
- Any edits or changes requested after project completion will be charged separately.
- Small edits (e.g. text/date changes) will be charged at a minimum update fee of R50
- Major redesigns or layout changes may be quoted as a new project.
5. Turnaround Times
- Estimated turnaround times will be communicated before or during the project.
- Delays caused by late client responses, missing content, or change requests may affect delivery timelines.
- Reboot Marketing will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party services or hosting providers.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, text content, images, logos, and any required materials.
- Reboot Marketing is not responsible for errors supplied by the client after final approval.
7. Website Services
- Website pricing excludes domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, and third-party subscriptions unless otherwise stated.
- Clients are responsible for renewing hosting, domains, and external subscriptions after setup.
- Reboot Marketing is not liable for downtime, hacking, or issues caused by third-party hosting providers or plugins.
8. Social Media Management
- Clients must provide access to their social media accounts where required.
- Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta are separate from management fees unless otherwise stated.
- Reboot Marketing cannot guarantee specific sales, follower growth, or advertising results.
9. Ownership & Portfolio Rights
- Final approved work becomes the client’s property once full payment has been received.
- Reboot Marketing reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, social media, or promotional material unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a project is cancelled midway, the client will be billed for work completed up to that point.
- Refunds will not be issued for completed and approved work.
11. Communication
- All project communication should be conducted through approved channels such as WhatsApp or Email.
- Clients are encouraged to respond promptly to avoid delays in project completion.
12. Acceptance of Terms
- By proceeding with payment, approval, or use of services provided by Reboot Marketing, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
